Notes
Issued between 1954-59 with a type 3 Leyland grille, this classic Dinky bus presents so well with a lustrous deep green and cream paint finish, lighter green wheels and treaded black, well-shaped tyres. Complete lettering on both sides – earlier issue so DUNLOP lettering is in upright print. Note the addition of the roof box on this slightly later issue.
Hard to find a mark although note that at some time, some silver has been applied to a couple of the axle ends.
The attractive pictorial box is brightly-coloured, with the correct colour spot. Light wear and a couple of tiny stains. With the clear perspex packing piece.
