This classic Dinky Rover Saloon was made between 1956-59 in this two-tone green finish. Wonderfully glossy finish and this particular colour version (darker green lower & lighter green upper) is subtly different from the more standard version and more difficult to find.
Note that this example has the large print and 156 on the shiny baseplate.
For comparison only, please take a look at this example in the foreground when set alongside the other two-tone green version also available separately at time of writing.
Pleasing lustre to the original, virtually mint paint finish throughout. Original smooth tyres are well-shaped.
The pictorial box is bright, fresh and complete. Crisp. Two-tone green colour spot at the end flaps. Very minor wear and a small compass-point sized puncture at an end flap.
