Notes
Production of this model began in 1971. Early issue presented in the card box (later in a bubble pack). Speedwheels model finished in original white with complete paper ‘POLICE’ labels on the roof and a fluorescent orange stripe at the sides (wear to the front edge of one strip), and beneath the rear opening hatch. Jewelled headlights. Intact front and rear number plates. Scratch free window glazing. Detailed pale blue interior with tip-up seats. Opening doors. Shiny trim and base. With aerial.
Note the scarce wheel type for this model – a First for QDT!
A few minor marks to the paint finish.
Colourful and fresh card box (harder to find) feels crisp. Complete with all end flaps intact. Light wear. Tiny box puncture has pressed back into place.
