Notes
An original example of this classic Dinky Supertoy made between 1949-54. Later it was renumbered 971.
Early issue – so note that this example does not have ’COLES lettering or indeed the chevron markings at the rear. Deep yellow and matt black, with yellow ridged wheels. With tan driver. Steel winding handle cuff.
The model is in very close to mint condition with ridged yellow wheels and original grey radial tyres.
A little chip and a few negligible marks besides.
The early vivid deep blue box is a very attractive example with strong colours on clean intact card. Several tiny edge nicks to the paper label.
