Notes
Issued between 1966-69, this Bedford Truck presents well with a vivid red and white finish, complete load of crates, and intact paper labels throughout. Excellent labels (often these can get very worn indeed) with hardly any of the usual age transparency.
Couple of little paint chips and closest inspection finds a couple of touch-ins.
The colourful pictorial end flap box is clean, bright and complete. Nearly always with torn end flaps due to the weight of the model inside these comparatively flimsy boxes. This example has a little handling wear and a surface edge scuff at an end flap seam. Attractive decorative period scene proves a fine backdrop to this Bedford Truck.
Unusual to find with the card packing piece.
