Notes
This is a scarce and original rare version has a vivid red cab and chassis, mid blue back, mid-blue ridged hubs. Large painted hook. Second type cab so this model has triangular lugs at either side of the front number plate. Obviously unused, with a vibrant lustre. Usual scuff at the tow hook and a few minor marks besides.
So rare to find in any condition! Well-shaped original tyres. Complete with spare wheel.
Marked Dinky Toys on the base.
The yellow and blue lift-off lid box is strongly-coloured and the deep blue base has only minor shelf rubbing to the underside. Bright staples too. Lid has vivid colours and no splits. Note the penned numbering and scribbled over period prices at a short lid end.
