A rare find – this is the Maxwell (Milton) model of the Dinky 281 Luxury Coach. Using the casting from the Dinky 281 model, this example has a deep fawn and red finish with one-piece black plastic wheels/tyres. Amber window glazing and a deep yellow interior.
Rivetted base.
Lacking the quality finish of its Dinky counterpart.
‘LUXURY COACH’ in black print is complete.
Model has a little rough casting on one side.
Deeply-coloured end flap card box has minor wear only.
