Notes
The first we have offered for sale in a long time, this is the earliest of the Dinky 22c Motor Trucks, composed of lead and finished in mid-blue and red, with green-washed wheels. Shiny tinplate radiator surround. oPen rear window. ‘HORNBY SERIES’ cast in under the bonnet.
Sound and complete with a pleasing paint finish, with a little paint loss at both red sides, principally.
Note the "LBR’ label on the base – the current owner informs us that this model belonged to Chris Graebe and is the actual example pictured in the The Hornby Companion Series New Cavendish Book Volume 5.
