Notes
Distinctive mid-green finish on this all original Studebaker Tanker. Bright and complete CASTROL lettering on both sides (few nicks to the white background at both sides).
Fine silver trim, including the roof details (usually the first to get rubbed by the box). MInor mark or two to the paint finish.
The dual-numbered box is complete,if looking rather worn now. Puncture and grubbiness. Small area of surface loss has been ‘disguised’ with a light yellow colour.
Issued during 1954, this box marks the transition from the older numbering (30PA) to 441.
