This is the later issue (1968-73) in the scarce late issue picture box.
The Hillman Imp model has a vibrant metallic blue finish with a bright red interior, jewelled lights and a silver baseplate.
A superb, barely handled example.
Just one negligible (probably as-made) mark away from mint.
Very fresh and clean correct late issue picture box (with white background) is very close to old shop stock condition. Thin light rub at anon-picture side.Two period shop labels (dollars).
An exceptional find.
