A rare and most interesting version of this Vanwall model finished in lustrous racing green with green cast wheels, and metal driver, late plastic steering wheel. Late base with 239 stamped.
The first example we have handled with racing number 27!
Very near mint, original condition with a tiny nick in one of the racing numbers and a few negligible dots to the paint finish. Lovely example with perfect ‘Vanwall’ lettering and racing numbers. As-new original tyres run well.
Late issue, paler yellow picture box is very clean, bright and complete. Little crease and the most minor handling wear besides. No graffiti, no tears and no punctures!
