D233
Dinky 233 Cooper Bristol. Very near mint/boxed. Scarce version with red plastic wheels. Scarce version! From The Buckinghamshire Collection.
Notes
Made between 1954-60, this classic racing car is in original condition with a bright green finish and late red plastic wheels, light grey treaded tyres.
Looking close to factory-fresh, this example has one little mark on the driver’s head (near-obligatory!), which has a little dab of cream-coloured paint. None of the expected marks at exposed edges, and a fine lustre throughout. Baseplate is extremely bright and fresh too!
Correctly presented in the light yellow (late) pictorial card box. Crisp and bright colours, although there is a little minor ‘mottling’ now in places and a seam tear. Period pencilled price.
