Corgi 1111 Massey-Ferguson "780" Combine Harvester. Very near mint/boxed. With packing pieces. Plastic tines version with red wheels. Unused condition! From a most knowledgeable and enthusiastic collector in South London.
Notes
Later issue with intact and complete delicate plastic tines – earlier issues had metal tines. Rare to find one with the intricate tines all complete!
This detailed model has had careful handling only and has been well-stored. A wonderfully vibrant all original red finish throughout with all 3 ‘Massey-Ferguson’ labels complete. Driver. Red wheels issue.
A delightful and detailed item from Corgi (1961-64).
This model comes complete with all parts intact and functioning and includes the little elastic band which fits over the wheels and acts as a drive-belt (‘spare’ is still attached to the upper packing piece too).
Upon close inspection of the combine, one may see a mere dot or two (probably as-made). The impression is extremely fine, this Massey Ferguson Combine Harvester has a glossy day-one bright original paint finish. Minor tarnishing to the metal bar of the chute.
The large and colourful lift-off lid box is complete, with no splits or colour fading. Little corner crumple and the occasional light scuff. No tears or graffiti. Looks very fresh!
Inside, you will find both upper and lower card packing pieces along with the spare original elastic band.
