First issue of this delightful Bedford van in light metallic cerise finish, divided windscreen and flat spun hubs.

This model has certainly spent most of its life in the box! Nice bright baseplate and wheels.
Faint rub on the roof and a few tiny pin prick dots of a slightly darker shade of paint covering little original raised casting dots on the roof.
The early powder-blue picture box is complete with all of its end flaps. Feels crisp. Some handling grubbiness and the occasional rub at some edges. No tears. Neat handwritten numbering on the inside of one large end flap with some tape residue surrounding it (not covering tears or damage).
Not an easy model to find these days.
