C221
Corgi 221 Chevrolet New York Taxi Cab. Near mint plus/boxed. Flat spun wheels issue. Crisp, fresh box complete with packing card. From a very fine private Cheshire collection.
Notes
Issued between 1960-63, this desirable Chevrolet model is in close to perfect condition. A nice straight aerial and perfect transfers on both sides, ‘TAXI’ label on roof. Suspension is fine on all four flat spun wheels. Displays very well indeed.
A little rubbing to the lower bumper edge at one rear corner and a few of the most minor marks besides.
The box is extremely fine with crisp, bright colours on crisp, barely handled card. It comes with the small card packing piece which protects the aerial when in the box. Corgi Club Membership Form is included, too.
Very, very nice!
