Notes

This sought-after Corgi commercial Bedford ‘S’ Tanker is in very fine, fresh condition with perfect transfers on both sides. Perfect detailed transfer at the rear too. Slightly later issue with shaped spun rather than flat spun wheels. This is the version without suspension. A few very minor marks only. Vivid day-one bright colours; not a hint of sunfading on this model:

Bright baseplate, too:

The later end flap style box is complete with no tears at end flaps. Colours are generally vivid (small area at an end flap has a partly erased period price, so the colour of the card is lighter here). Rather grubby in places and there are several litle ‘compass point’ punctures at the end flaps. Minor graffiti besides. Shopkeeper’s price on the one picture face too. Notably complete with wrap-around packing card piece.
