Notes
There is a fine lustre to this Nestle model – one of the advertising vans from this popular range from Dinky. Bright ’Nestle’s’ lettering on both sides, (tiny mark to one letter on one side – being extra fussy here!). Shining, unrubbed silver detailing at the radiator and bumpers, yellow ridged wheels, untarnished baseplate and axles.
Not a trace of fading to the vivid red finish. Upon close inspection, there are a couple of rough casting areas (one at a rear wheel spat and another on the roof edge). Usual (but tiny!) rub to the raised roof detail. Slightly irregular casting to one wheel arch.
An unplayed-with, as-new example!
The pictorial box is complete and brightly-coloured, although there is a little handling wear/ruffling at one end flap in particular with a start of a very small edge tear. Seam tear to a small end flap.
