Notes
Issued between 1955-62, this attractive Petrol Pump Set has complete ‘ESSO’ labels throughout including the large ESSO sign, and both original delicate yellow plastic hoses. Displays very well!
Occasional mark may be found, although this item has obviously not been played with.
Nice to see the inner card packing piece is still present (little surface loss in one place).
Outer box is complete and very crisp. One little end flap is missing and so the original owner has made a a little yellow card replacement – shade and texture is quite different, but was practically useful to ensure that the box remained firmly closed!
A little grubbiness besides and a faintly pencilled period shop price.
