Notes
A very sought-after export issue in cream; usual version is in metallic blue. This version was issued just for one year only – 1966, and so is hard to find, particularly in this condition. Note that this is an authentic issue without the casting lines surrounding the bonnet label (as in the blue version), and has the monochrome plinth platform (where the car sits). The model is in all original condition and the owner recalls it being removed from a factory sealed pack – so unused!
The car would be graded mint if it were not for a slight dulling/corrosion to the wheels (picked up during a long period of storage). Can be improved with careful cleaning. Tiny rub to the centre of the front bumper (very minor!).
The bonnet label is so bright and fresh!
It comes with the original Waverley ring, the correct two card packing rings and wrap-around card piece!
The inner card stand is clean and bright, although it has a storage crumple to the front of the plinth and a little minor wear and tear to the wheel slots.
The outer box is extremely crisp and fresh, with only the most minor wear, including a small crease and very minor start of an edge tear.
