This attractive Gift Set was inspired by the t.v. show ‘The Avengers’ and is in close to perfect condition, issued between 1966-69.
It comprises:
1) John Steed’s Bentley in red and black finish, complete with all parts, and including the figure of John Steed at the wheel. Very near mint condition.


Just a little mark on the black finish (raised detail) and another small edge mark besides.
2) Emma Peel’s Lotus Elan S2 is in sparkling white finish. Near mint plus condition with a couple of small marks at an exposed rear edge and another at the rim of the opening bonnet. Suspension on shaped spun wheels. Original figure of Emma Peel.


This set comes with three plastic umbrellas!
Inner card plinth is in excellent condition with bright graphics on crisp card. None of the expected tears at wheel slots. Notably both the pull tabs at the ends are present and intact (often torn off or missing).

Small tear at one seam edge and a little stain near a wheel slot.
Outer box is complete and bright with minor age wear (ruffles at some end flap edges, as well as a couple of very small starts of tears).


No graffiti.
