Notes
Looking like old shop stock, this is a fine military model from the Dinky factory issued between 1960-64. In beautiful, all original condition with a silky matt military green finish and bright metal parts generally (a couple of faint traces of oxidation on the metal rod). Trace of a faint mark on the back edge of the roof where the jib naturally rests, if you are looking to fault it.
Complete with spare wheel. Residue on the spare wheel may be cleaned away if desired, although we have heard some anecdotal evidence that the tyres were powdered at the factory, although we can find no written evidence to support this.
The box is virtually shop-fresh with such crisp bright colours on clean undamaged card.
No shelf wear on the box base either. Shopkeeper’s price is lightly pencilled at one lid end. Packing piece is included as well as the Instruction Leaflet.
