Issued between 1954-60, this model has a shining deep cream finish with cream hubs, closed in rear wheel spats, treaded tyres and red tail lights, ‘Vanguard’ cast on the underside of the roof. Stunning, all-original condition. This model presents well with its classic lines:
A couple of the most minor barely visible dots – this is surely one of the best surviving examples from an exacting collector’s personal stash of models.
The box is astonishingly fresh, clean and crisp with vivid colours on barely handled card. A rare find in this condition:
