Rare to come to the market place, this is a very scarce promotional item from Dinky and in this close to perfect condition, a must for your collection!
In complete and original condition with the four paper drums and perfect ‘Thames Board’ labels.
A few little marks to some exposed edges of the white paint finish (minor and they barely detract).
Correctly presented in a fresh clean bubble style box. The bubble lid is clear (not light-affected) and feels very supple (not brittle). However, one split to the bubble caused by movement of the model. Card plinth is very clean, crisp and bright with no tears.
Also included for interest only is a photocopy of a related promotional leaflet (although these leaflets were never supplied with the model).
An item missing from most Dinky commercial collections, this is a fine investment piece.
