Notes
This early issue has such a vibrant all red finish with maroon ridged wheels. Wonderful lustre shows that this car has barely been handled. Just a couple of little marks at one side where the casting is a little rough.
This box marks the transition from the older numbering (139A) to 170, in 1954. Note the early baseplate:
The box is so fresh, clean and bright. Crisp card with no tears or graffiti. Correct colour spot.
