A classic Dinky model, this is a transition issue model made during 1954 when the it was re-numbered from 31A to 450.
This van has a glossy vibrant red finish with maroon hubs, bright baseplate and complete ‘ESSO’ transfers on both sides (if ever so slightly speckled).
The occasional little mark and what looks like a barely visible touch-in at a wheel arch.
The dual-numbered box has not fared so well, with one large flap re-attached and glue residue and wear besides.
