An impressive and desirable French Dinky Berliet model made between 1961-65. In all original condition, with a bright orange finish, yellow metal concave wheels, two spare tyres stowed behind the cab, window glazing.

With a near mint original paint finish throughout (some unavoidable marks where the two components are attached, and also where metal meets metal at the rear ramps). Occasional small mark besides.
The transformer (FD833) is assembled, although lacks one of the small plug-in parts now.

Inner card packing is still present.
The large striped Dinky Supertoys box is in fine condition – bright fresh and clean with no splits. Indeed, there is barely any wear at all!

Dinky stamp ‘Meccano Controle’ on the inside of the lid. A little delightful period writing (in French) by the original owner who dates when he received this model (5-8-1961). He adds that there are other lovely vehicles too – and of course, we have to agree with him!
