This desirable early ‘mechanical’ model (with perfectly functioning flywheel motor) is in gleaming, so close to mint, condition in vivid deep red. This is the version with no silver bonnet detail. A real display piece!
Such a glowing lustrous paint finish, we have not seen better:
Upon close scrutiny, there is a faint mark towards the back of the roof and a very slight rub at the front bumper. Tiny rub or paint miss at a raised bonnet detail.
Folded colour promotional booklet is included as well as an early ‘Moorgate’ Corgi Club Membership Form.
The early blue picture box is vividly-coloured, clean and crisp, with all end flaps intact. Minor wear only and a shopkeeper’s price is penned at an end flap.
After many years of searching and upgrading, this comes from an exceptional collection with many gems for the exacting collector.
