The first Police car made by Corgi between 1958-61, first in a blue card box and then later in a blue and yellow box.
This first issue example is in very close to mint condition – with a gleaming gloss black finish, shiny flat spun hubs, intact Police sign on the roof, and original aerial (tiny bend). With just a few little marks away from mint.
Complete with the delightful colour promotional booklet included with the early issues (mint condition).
The pictorial card box is very crisp, although there is a minor (not full thickness) puncture. No graffiti. Minor age grubbiness only. Nice example.
