Delightful range of models issued between 1959-64 as part of the Dublo Dinky range, a 1:76 scale model to suit the Dublo train layout. Now regarded as highly displayable collector?s items in their own right!
This is one of the more difficult models to get in this small range. Lustrous day-one bright paint finish throughout, this Land-Rover, trailer have barely seen the light of day:
Upon close inspection, one may see a few little marks to the horse box (at tow ring and wheel arch for example) whereas the Land Rover is in mint condition. Note that this is a late issue produced towards the end of the production run, so treaded not smooth tyres.
The correct paler yellow picture box is crisp, bright and clean with a shopkeeper’s price at an end flap.
One end flap has been re-attached.
