We are pleased to offer for sale this outstanding t.v. series inspired Corgi model, issued between 1967-72.
Always a stunning item on display, this particular example with cast detailed wheels, has a lustrous mint paint finish with a complete and perfect detailed roof transfer.
Suspension is no longer present on the rear wheels. The front radiator grille tends to droop open a little (common fault). Otherwise hard to fault!
The inner card stand is vivid, crisp and clean.
Just a couple of tiny tears at one wheel slot. Looks barely handled.
The outer box is crisp clean and bright with all end flaps intact. Very nice example indeed with a shopkeeper’s pencilled price of just 77 pence at an end flap!
Nice to see that this example comes with the white card pacing piece as well as the full Secret Instruction Packet containing four spinners, four harpoons and the all important secret instructions!
