A pleasing selection of early Dinky Austin Devons:
1) Royal Blue with lighter blue ridged wheels. Bright baseplate, with small print and well-shaped smooth tyres. Without ‘DEVON’ cast to the underside of the roof. Close to mint.
2) Suede green with matching wheels. Small baseplate print. Well-shaped smooth original tyres. Without “Devon” cast on the underside of the roof. Close to mint.
3) Maroon with matching wheels. Early baseplate with raised rails and small lettering. Without ‘DEVON’ cast to the underside of the roof. Close to mint.
Complete with the Trade Box which includes the card dividers. Rusty staples and a small area of surface loss. Light wear besides. The box lid is a lighter (straw-coloured) shade when compared with the box lower.
