Issued between 1968-74, this version contains:
’Zebra-striped Land-Rover with an intact circular ‘LIONS OF LONGLEAT’ label on the bonnet. Open hatch on the cab roof shows the keeper complete with the (usually missing!) rifle. Cast wheels with suspension.
Very close to mint condition.
Also included is the plastic lion’s den, correct with two male lions, one female lion. Corgi supplied the little sticky pads (applied to the den and plinth). Three portions of meat and a red barrel are also still present*. So the full complement of accessories.
The polystyrene plinth is complete, bright and intact.
The card box presents well with bright colours and intact original cellophane. Light wear. No header card with this example.
