A wonderful cache of 6 x Dinky Toys 29C Buses, 2nd types, as follows:
3 x green & cream versions with green cast wheels. All with well-shaped smooth tyres, correct with lengthwise body strengthener on the base. 196=52 issues without 29con the base. Just one has a little wheel arch retouch. Very near mint – very, very near mint.
3 x red & cream versions with red cast wheels. Very near mint, with occasional small retouch and no 29C on base (1952). All have lengthwise body strengthener detail on base.
With original dividers save for one which is a replacement.
Sturdy bright yellow Dinky Trade Box presents well with strong colours and no graffiti ( unless you include a couple of period shopkeeper’s prices in pencil. Light wear.
