The Bedford Tipper from Dinky is a more difficult find with this lustrous carmine red cab and chassis, red plastic wheels and window glazing. Cream back. In all original condition:
Shiniest silver radiator and headlight assembly, shiny metal winding handle (few tarnished spots). Bright metal parts generally, silky matt baseplate. Well-shaped treaded tyres.
Scarce variant made between 1962-63 only.
Flake of pint in the back of the truck (probably caused during factory assembly) and the occasional little mark besides.
The bright red and yellow non-picture box is crisp and bright, showing minor wear. Label residue (we expect the U.S exporter label). Faint pencilled numbering/pricing on an end flap.
