A gleaming vivid original vibrant blue paint finish on this early Bedford Van. One of the first Corgi models made, manufacture of this model began during 1956. Complete and bright ‘Daily Express’ label on one side (tiny edge nick on the other). Flat spun wheels, shiny base. Day-one fresh tyres with a fine tread.
Very near mint paint finish with a few small marks toward the rear. Small casting mark above the front screen.
The early blue box is complete, crisp and bright. No graffiti. Strong colours. Light wear. Pencilled numbering/price on an end flap.
