Issued between 1956-59. Original mid-green finish, complete with driver, bright red interior, black steering wheel and complete racing numbers. None of the usual rubbing at the rear fin, head-on or at the raised body lines – so presents really well:

Just two little little chips at one side and of course, there are the obligatory marks on the driver’s head!
The more unusual style of box is bright, clean and complete. No picture of the model on the box but on the underside, there is some printed information on the real Connaught!

Remains of an old price label on the underside of the box and a tear at an end flap. Minor wear besides.
A fine example of a classic Dinky racing model – especailly desirable with this more unusual style of box.
