French Dinky Toys 899 Delahaye Turntable Fire Engine

Later issue made between 1959-65, this pleasing French Dinky Fire Engine is in all original and complete condition with the brightest red and silver finish, and concave red painted wheels. Not a trace of dulling to the metal parts – they are gleaming bright. The silver original detailing is very fresh with clean, fine original white treaded tyres (minor discolouration now) and a white steering wheel.

Note that this model has the re-numbering from the earlier issue (32D stamped on the unpainted base).
Virtually mint condition.

The bright and clean, correct for this issue grey inner is complete and fresh with the nearly always missing extra packing piece.

Quality Control Stamp inside the lid.
Complete with the original Instruction Leaflet, too.

The striped Supertoys picture box is bright and clean with no splits or graffiti. Note this is the version with blue panels at short lid sides. Light wear.
Nice touch – three Dinky Firemen Accessory Figures are included.
