A wonderfully eye-catching tinplate double decker bus with crisp and colourful lithography throughout. Working clockwork motor. Measures approx 26 cms. long. With H.M. The Queen Royal Warrant and crest on the underside.
Working clockwork motor.
Light wear only – as fine an example as you will reasonably find.
Lift-off lid was intended originally for the storage of biscuits.

Sturdy buff end flap style card box has deep blue lettering and image of the London Motor Bus. Light wear and a couple of small strips of surface loss emanating from the large end flaps.
