A very attractive early Dinky racing car in sleek silver with well-shaped herringbone tyres on black ridged wheels. Bright axles. Bright silver informative rivetted baseplate with Auto Union stamped. Correct that this post-war issue would have no driver. Racing number 2 in red circle on both sides.
A handsome example.
Very near mint. These early racing cars would have been supplied from a shopkeeper’s trade box of six.
Pre-1950 issue.
