Notes
This collection represents a lifelong deep appreciation of Dinky Toys, Britains models, Minic models and more primarily from the 1940’s & 50’s. All British made diecast and tinplate models. Proceeds going to charities close to his heart.
This Foden Flat Truck with chains has a bright vibrant colour finish.
1st type cab with correct 1st type radiator grille. Presents very well indeed with perfect silver flashes.
Tanker slots, large painted hook, maroon wheels and well-shaped radial tyres (occasional minor part-thickness split).
Straight chain posts.
2nd type back has the rounded chain post bosses.
Presents well – hard to find even the merest mark to the paint finish! Under close scrutiny, a few small touch-ins may be found.
The rare 1st type box is extremely good with minor wear – no splits or graffiti. Minor fading.
A scarce find!
