Notes

An exceptional and rare find, this Lamborghini Miura model is a sought-after Corgi model issued between 1970-72. This colour trial sample (factory label no. 6 on base) never went into production in this gloss white colour with a bright red interior. Note too, the blue-green details (minor sunfading). With spare wheel under the opening bonnet.
A unique find.
The model is fully finished with jewelled headlights, gold steering wheel. With ‘Red Spot’ Whizzwheels and well-shaped tyres. Rivetted base.

Note, too that at some time, some retouching in a cream-white colour has been applied to small marks.
Adding to the attraction of this iconic piece, it comes with a Corgi Lamborghini badge mounted on Corgi yellow card with the Corgi Dog logo. We were informed this would have been part of the marketing for the model, prior to the final version which had the ‘raging bull’.
