This collection represents a lifelong deep appreciation of Dinky Toys, Britains models, Minic models and more primarily from the 1940’s & 50’s. All British made diecast and tinplate models. Proceeds going to charities close to his heart.
An essential item in your Dinky commercial collection, this SPRATTS Guy van was made during Dinky’s heyday and is part of the sought-after range of advertising vans made during mid-late 1950s.
Issued between 1953-54 before its renumbering to 917.
An early issue with perfect and distinctive transfers on both sides. Well-shaped original tyres.
Occasional tiny mark and close inspection finds a few small touch-ins.
The deep blue card box with a paper label impresses with strong, fresh colours on rarely handled card. Only the most minor wear.
