5 x Indian Nicky Dinky Toys (various). From The Phenomenal Collection.
Notes
Sought after models that are so difficult to find in good condition! Dinky dies were sold to the Indian Firm S. Kumar & Co. trading as Atamco. (1968-70). Often known as Indian-Dinky toys, the finish was poor in comparison.
A fine group of Indian Nicky Dinky Toys as follows:
1) Nicky Dinky Toys, No. 113 MGB, in silver, with one-piece wheels/tyres. Black seating. Very, very near mint. Pictorial box is showing tiny wear.
2) Nicky Dinky Toys 186 Mercedes 220SE, metallic red, mid-blue interior, one-piece wheels/tyres. Very near mint. A little chrome loss to the rear bumper. Decent box has light wear at some edges.
3) Nicky Dinky Toys 405 Army Jeep, in deep gloss military green, with white star on bonnet, white aerial, one-piece wheels/tyres. Very near mint. Decent box has only the most minor wear.
4) Nicky Dinky Toys 195 Jaguar 3.4 MK II, in metallic emerald green, white interior, with separate wheels & tyres. Virtually mint. Pictorial box has some of th eusua wear especially at some edges.
5) Nicky Dinky Toys 195 Jaguar 3.4 MK II, in metallic sapphire blue, white interior, separate wheels/tyres. Very near mint. Pictorial box is complete and bright. Little fleck of surface loss and light wear at some edges.
