One of the first to be housed in the ‘new’ 913 box due to re-numbering from 513. So this marks the transition from 513, since it is 1st type with no triangular lugs at the front, ‘Supertoys’ on the base, large hook.
Very nice – and all original!
Small light scuff low down head-on and a couple of tiny marks besides.
The box is clean and bright with no repairs or seam splits. Hudson Dobson label is still affixed (small corner nick). Dinky stamp inside the lid dates this model from 1955. Tarnished staples. Correct colour spot. A couple of storage gouges at one side of the lid.
