Notes
An exceptional and rare find, this Lamborghini Miura model is a sought-after Corgi model issued between 1970-72. Purchased directly from the family of a former Swansea Factory employee, this colour trial sample (No. 3 Corgi factory label on the base) never went into production in this pearlescent white colour with a brown interior. A unique find.
The model is fully finished with jewelled headlights, gold steering wheel. With ‘Red Spot’ Whizzwheels and well-shaped tyres.
In close to mint condition. Essentially an unboxed piece, this model has a few little marks to the paint finish as you might expect.
The current owner has placed in in a standard issue original card box for display. This blue and yellow card and cellophane outer box is bright and clean with tiny wear. Revised Specification strip label as well as the circular ‘Revised’ Label. Original cellophane has a tiny puncture.
Clean and fresh polystyrene inner with bull figure & stiff perspex packing piece.
