Notes
Re-numbered from 40J in 1954, this Austin Somerset Saloon Dinky model has a pleasing sky blue finish with mid-blue ridged wheels and a bright baseplate (minor ‘spidering’).
Fine original silver detailing at radiator, bumpers and headlights. ‘161’ stamped on the base. Hard to find a mark to the paint finish. Cloisest scrutiny finds a few small touch-ins.
The box is complete, crisp and bright, showing very light wear only. Correct colour spot.
