Dinky Toys 100 Lady Penelope's FAB 1

Notes

This unmistakably fluorescent pink version was produced a little later than the standard rose pink issue.
In close to mint condition with an all-original paint finish, this model has a clear sliding roof, and both figures of Parker (driving) and Lady Penelope ensconced amidst the luxurious gold seating. Version with five stud wheels.

None of the usual marks to the clear sliding roof which functions well. Very pleased to say that the bonnet emblem is intact. Fab 1 number plates are complete front and rear, although showing a little wear. Six jewelled headlights. Occasional little mark to the paint finish. Note too that on close inspection, you will see that one tyre has been replaced at some time with one of a similar style.

Front rocket fires as do the rear harpoons.
The colourfully illustrated card plinth is clean bright and complete with both pull-out tabs intact.

A little minor wear at wheel slots. Caution notice (sticker) at the reverse of the plinth as well as the Instructions on how to fire the rocket and missiles.
Includes six original harpoons available at the time as Dinky Toys, No. 755 (no doubt bought as a replacement – useful if you have fired all of your harpoons and cannot find them!). Front firing rocket.
Both functions have been tested and work well.

The outer box has vivid colours on bright, complete card. A little light handling wear/rubbing in places. Small tear at the always-vulnerable end flap returns. No graffiti.
