French Dinky Toys 25O Ford Milk Truck 'NESTLÉ

Now here’s a Dinky model you don’t see too often!
Issued between 1954-55, this is a very scarce item, the FORD version of the Nestlé Milk Truck and notable that it comes complete with all 10 little metal milk churns.

So prone to chipping at the raised edges of the sides of the truck, this honest example has a few small marks. Note the small amount of transference from the deep yellow card inside surface on the roof (may be possible to clean off). Fine lettering on both sides.
A highly decorative piece.
Shiny base and metal parts. Well-shaped original tyres.
This model has clearly been carefully handled and very well-stored.
The distinctive deep red and yellow box is better than the majority we have seen over the years. Tiny wear only. Unusual to find with the buff card blocks with red ends (original) in which all the little milk churns may be stored. Leaflet too!

Complete, pale yellow paper label at one end of the lid (correct).
