Notes
A beauty! This Commer Breakdown Lorry has a vivid scarlet red cab and chassis, light grey back with blue “DINKY SERVICE” lettering, window glazing, blue plastic hubs and a silver plastic winding handle cuff – this is a scarce version.
Complete, original and with such a glossy finish – the colour of the truck is vibrant throughout. Bright baseplate, too. As-new original black knobbly tyres. Complete deep blue ‘Dinky Service’ lettering on both sides.
Little rough casting in one small area on the roof. Barely a mark to the paint finish.
The bright and clean correct later yellow box presents well, continuing the close to pristine theme. Tiny wear.
Bright staples and no graffiti. Period price label on box underside. With Dinky Quality Control Tag too.
