We are agents for a large lifetime Dinky collection. Some items were purchased directly from toy shops during the 1960s. He would travel to toyshops in the search for any old or out-of date stock, since scarcely anyone collected in those early days. Many were bought or swapped at early swapmeet/toyfairs. Quite a few of the unboxed models were taken straight from trade boxes. An interesting and varied collection that has been amassed over some 30 or so years.

A deep, lustrous, all original paint finish on this fine Dinky commercial truck – unusual variant with red wheels. Made during 1957.

In shop-fresh gleaming condition with such a lustre to the paint finish! Several little marks at wheel arches and tow hook – otherwise hard to fault!
Unusually, this model is presented in the very scarce earlier 505 box showing the rare 1st type cab model. Box base is of a darker hue than the lid, so we expect that over the years a box top swap has occurred!

Model has the piece of packing card which fits behind the cab. (Due to the cardboard piece having sat behind the cab for so many years, the chain ends have become a little damp-affected).

Close to ex-shop quality piece again!
